A dynamic and forward-thinking E-commerce & Social Media Specialist is required to support the day-to-day digital operations of a fast-growing online intimacy and wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations

  • Product Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading and managing product inventory using CommentSold, ensuring listings are up to date and accurately maintained. Experience with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Inventory Synchronization: They will pull and organize inventory from external sources, guaranteeing that all information is current and accurate.
  • Email Campaigns: Execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts, targeting abandoned cart users, repurchasers, and other relevant groups.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes with precision.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Social Media Visuals: Create eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva, aligning them with the brand identity and campaign themes.

Social Media & Marketplace Management

  • Digital Presence: Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • General Assistance: Provide general administrative assistance to the founder as needed, supporting logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Design Skills: Skilled in Canva and comfortable creating marketing visuals.
  • E-commerce Experience: Experienced with e-commerce tools (CommentSold, Shopify, or similar platforms).
  • Email Marketing: Familiar with email marketing workflows and customer segmentation.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
