Job Summary
As a Product Support Associate, you will handle inbound customer calls, provide an excellent customer experience, and meet productivity targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve productivity-related targets, quality targets, sales and revenue targets, average handle time, schedule adherence, Service Request closures, and quality measures.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic errors with domain names and associated products.
- Use proprietary tools effectively, reporting faults to supervisors as soon as they occur.
- Access, use, or disclose customer information only when necessary to perform duties.
- Discuss call monitoring feedback with supervisors to improve performance.
Requirements
- This position is open to recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Candidates should have good communication skills.
- The ability to work on a shifting schedule is required.
