The Social Media Reputation Manager position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our online presence across multiple review platforms, social media channels, and forums. This role ensures consistency, professionalism, and compliance with industry regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to online reviews on various platforms.
- Track and engage with relevant conversations on social media.
- Draft professional responses to both positive and negative reviews.
- Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership.
- Generate reports on online sentiment and trends.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are required.
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication is a must.
