Job Title

We are seeking a creative and results-driven professional to manage our digital presence across social media, email, and blog content.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Post high-quality daily content (reels, stories, carousels, photos, and captions) aligned with our brand tone
  • Manage all community engagement — respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with followers to foster trust and connection

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary: Content Calendar Management, Daily Posting, Engagement, Content Editing
  • Content Strategy & Execution

Content Creation & Editing Includes:

  • Edit and repurpose short-form video content using in-clinic footage
  • Write compelling and concise captions and headlines that resonate with patients and the community
  • Collaborate with staff to gather stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and educational content

Secondary Responsibilities Include:

  • Blog Writing & SEO
  • Email Marketing
  • Reporting & Collaboration

Qualifications Include:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (healthcare industry experience an advantage)
  • Stable internet access and backup options
  • Proven ability to grow and manage online communities and increase engagement organically
