As a Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will bring your strategic thinking and expertise in sustainability under Corporate Strategy and be a moment maker in the ever-evolving aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support enterprise-level strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business performance, identify strategic opportunities, and implement solutions.
  • Drive analysis of organizational challenges, synthesize insights, and recommend high-impact actions.
  • Develop dashboards and tracking tools for strategic project monitoring and governance.
  • Facilitate strategy workshops, executive-level discussions, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, transformation, consulting, or financial planning roles.
  • Must have experience in digital transformation and system migration.
  • Proven track record in leading strategy formulation, performance monitoring, and change management.
