Senior Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Content Operations Manager to lead our production workflows, optimize team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team while overseeing multiple tasks and maintaining high editorial standards.
Key Responsibilities- Task & Workflow Management:
- Manage content tasks, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
- Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
- Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.
- Project & Process Management:
- Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows.
- Assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct weekly goal-setting and mid-week check-ins.
- Ensure timely content delivery, proactively addressing delays.
- Use AI tools to improve processes and workflow.
- At least 3 years of experience in content operations management or related roles.
- Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
