The role of a Product Excellence Specialist is to drive product quality initiatives by efficiently triaging bugs and actively supporting the validation and analysis of user feedback to drive product improvements.
About the JobAs a vital part of our team, you will ensure the delivery of a high-quality user experience by proactively addressing issues. This position contributes to the team's efforts in providing a reliable, user-focused solution that aligns with business objectives and continuously meets user needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to effectively manage bugs and feedback.
- Provide timely and accurate support to internal customers across designated channels.
- Create data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive improvements within the function.
- Engage in team huddles and share valuable insights, offer solutions, and address potential challenges.
- Take ownership of key responsibilities, including bug reports, feedback reports, metrics, data analyses, and quality audits.
- Exhibit critical thinking by effectively addressing bugs and feedback, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members and internal customers to resolve knowledge gaps and errors.
- Manage special projects, trackers, reports, and analyses while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with other teams to improve product performance and user experience.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and best practices related to product usage, bug resolution, and feedback management.
