Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our users and clients. Our cutting-edge platform has over 30 million users worldwide, and we are committed to delivering a seamless and first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist users by answering their questions via various channels.
  • Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to login, user-reported bugs, billing/payment queries, and other platform-related problems.
  • Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the product and common issues that arise.
