Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of natural stone fabrication and installations on projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion and client satisfaction through effective project coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for detailed project requirements.
  • Coordinate material arrival and fabrication with factories, as well as manage personal staff for installation.
  • Lead site coordination meetings, interact with clients/main contractors, and manage subcontractors.
  • Monitor progress and submit reports to the head office.
  • Oversee subcontractor billing and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in natural stone products or construction is desirable, but qualified candidates with no experience are also considered if they possess the required competencies.
  • Honesty, customer orientation, strong communication, and selling skills are essential.
  • A strong personality, positive attitude, teamwork, independence, and minimal supervision are necessary.
  • Candidates must be willing to work at project sites and occasionally report to the Makati office, with client calls and fieldwork.
  • AUTOCAD knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications are advantageous.
