As a Fabrication Specialist, you will play a key role in our team.

Career opportunities are available for skilled fabrication professionals who can work independently and as part of an effective team. The ideal candidate should have experience with metal fabrication, electrical assembly, and hydraulic systems.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols. You must be proficient in operating various welding equipment and have experience working with MIG welders, plasma cutters, and cutting torches.

Your primary functions will include:

  • Reading and understanding blueprints and welding symbols to layout, position, fit, and weld components according to specifications
  • Assembling machinery using written and verbal instructions and achieving high-quality results
  • Machines may include electrical and hydraulic components, requiring proficiency in assembling switches, buttons, and simple hydraulics
  • Using various welding equipment to fabricate complex projects while maintaining quality standards
  • Conducting quality checks to discern between good and bad weld quality

Required qualifications include:

  • Developed welding techniques and experience using MIG, plasma cutters, and cutting torches
  • Experience reading and understanding blueprints, metal fabrication, electrical assembly, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, grasp with fingers, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and pneumatic/electric power tools
  • D1.1 Certification (current or previously certified) is preferred
