We are seeking a highly motivated and competent Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations, managing inventory and product pricing, creating purchase orders, and performing bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Support: Provide assistance with vendor management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
  • Product Management: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  • Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare quarterly reports, and ensure compliance with sales tax regulations.
Requirements
  • Excel Experience: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection, computer literacy, and willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
