GrowthAssistant seeks a Multimedia Editor to join its creative team and support clients. In this role, you'll edit engaging short-form content for multiple platforms, driving measurable results across a portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Edit original, high-quality video assets across multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Edit short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Compile and repurpose user-generated content into engaging ad creatives
  • Implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients
  • Review completed work to ensure technical accuracy and brand compliance
  • Collaborate with teams to continuously test and refine creative performance

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of paid social video editing/design experience in the DTC or e-commerce space, proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite, and experience creating ad creatives (static, GIFs, and video).
