Video Editor Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in post-production techniques, digital content creation, and social media marketing.

  • This role is responsible for researching trends in digital and social content, contributing ideas and creative direction on briefs, owning the post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery, and collaborating with creatives, strategists, and marketers.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing high-quality video content that meets brand standards, delivering video assets optimized for various digital channels, and continuously raising the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Post-production: Ingest, edit, color grade, sound design, and deliver video content.
  2. Digital content creation: Develop compelling stories from raw footage using precision and speed.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with creatives, strategists, and marketers to ensure alignment and quality.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in video production and post-production, preferably with on-set experience.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, multimedia assets, and exporting for multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
  • Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
  • Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
