In this role, you will oversee and enhance our relationships with external vendors, service providers, and partners, ensuring compliance, optimizing HR processes, and leveraging data insights to drive strategic initiatives that elevate operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing third-party vendors, monitoring their performance against SLAs and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure third-party vendors meet regulatory and compliance requirements, facilitating audits and documentation.
  • Maintain organized documentation and generate reports on vendor performance and compliance.
  • Enhance third-party management processes by implementing efficient workflows and tools, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to vendor management.

People Processes and Compliance:

  • Review and improve HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive operational excellence through strategic alignment, structured cadences, and process optimization.
  • Manage change initiatives within HR operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify HR trends and inform operational strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • MUST have 3-5 years of experience in third-party management, policy, and process improvement within HR.
  • Familiarity with third-party regulations and best practices is a plus.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management and performance monitoring.
  • Background in FMCG or manufacturing industry, handling over 1K 3rd-party employees will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
