Key ResponsibilitiesResearch- Analyze the psychology of quality-conscious customers: women and men who value style and quality.
- Research product features, benefits, and differentiators to create attention-grabbing messaging.
- Evaluate competitors and industry trends in concept, style, and functionality.
- Maintain a reference library of competitive ads, user-generated content, videos, and social assets.
- Collaborate with SEO and growth teams to optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion.
- Use keyword research to enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
- Analyze data and recommend changes to improve performance metrics.
- Plan and execute Amazon campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) to drive sales and revenue.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics: click-through rate, conversion rate, return on ad spend.
- Leverage data insights to iterate and improve ad performance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews.
- Use customer feedback to guide product and service improvements.
- Partner with customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Deep understanding of Amazon ads and listing optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical skills; confident making data-driven decisions.
- At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced, results-driven teams.
- Low ego, high resilience, strong appetite for testing and iteration.
- Passion for advertising and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, meeting deadlines with high-quality work.
- At least 2 years managing Amazon ads and listings.
- Proven track record with high-performing content (ads, videos, articles).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a data-first mindset.
