Description

This role involves direct client-facing support for day-to-day account servicing needs to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include accurate handling of account setup, updates, and maintenance, coordinating all necessary documentation and system inputs to maintain service integrity.

The selected candidate will provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns, offering prompt resolution and consistent follow-through.

Engaging proactively with clients to support membership retention and renewals, reinforcing the value of healthcare services provided is also a key aspect of this role.

Maintaining open communication channels with clients to establish long-term trust and satisfaction is essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder or college graduate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, preferably in HMO, insurance, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven skills in account management, including client relationship building, issue resolution, and retention strategies.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are expected.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site are preferred.
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields is preferred but not necessary.
