Imaginative Designer Opportunity

We are seeking imaginative and tech-savvy designers who embrace both traditional and modern tools, including AI-enhanced workflows to produce exceptional designs.

If you have an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for using design to solve actual business problems, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality deliverables, including branding, print, digital, ads, presentations, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with designers, leads, and analysts to deliver consistent, on-brand designs.
  • Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage time efficiently across multiple design requests daily.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in web and graphic design, preferably in a remote agency or client-facing setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and bonus AI design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher.

  • Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, with core hours from 6pm to 10pm local time.
  • Designer referral program: PHP 15,000 for each designer referred.
