Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative professional to fill the role of Junior Creative Designer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in visual design and presentation.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual presentations that communicate big ideas for brand activations, events, pop-up builds, and social media campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create mock-ups and visualizations in Photoshop and 3D to bring spatial and event concepts to life.
  • Design and layout creative pitch decks and presentations in InDesign/Google Slides, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling flow.
  • Develop 3D renders and spatial layouts in SketchUp or any preferred 3D rendering platform.
  • Support in building mood boards, reference decks, and concept visuals that express tone, style, and experience.
  • Assist with graphic design tasks — including signage, branded touchpoints, and digital assets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Skilled in SketchUp or another 3D rendering platform (open to your preferred tool as long as output is strong).
  • Comfortable working with creative presentations, pitch decks, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and visual composition.
  • Animation or motion design experience (After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
