Job Summary

The Digital Growth Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies for clients.

This role requires active engagement in market analysis, campaign execution, and performance optimization to drive business results.

The Digital Growth Manager prioritizes key tasks, streamlining processes to support team members and optimize client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute digital strategies for individual clients.
  2. Own strategic decisions within digital marketing, including content creation, technical optimization, and link development.
  3. Ensure campaign execution follows industry best practices.
  4. Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  5. Delegate digital tasks within weekly sprint planning framework.
  6. Ideate experiments for client accounts designed to produce the highest likelihood of performance improvement.
  7. Work with creative partners to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
  8. Act as Quality Assurance for all conversion tracking.
  9. Document client-specific tasks for delegation to other team members.
  10. Attend client meetings as subject matter expert.
  11. Audit other client accounts and prospect accounts for opportunity harvesting and strategy validation.
  12. Contribute to iterative documentation improvements of industry teams and digital marketing disciplines.
  13. SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS ACROSS 10-20 BRANDS AND ACCOUNTS, ENSURING EFFICIENT RESOURCE ALLOCATION AND MAXIMUM RETURN ON INVESTMENT.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiential knowledge.
  • Prior experience working in professional services organizations.
  • 5+ years professional experience in digital marketing, 3+ specialized in SEO.
  • Experience leading or managing teams of individual contributors.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience working for/with law firms.
