The role of Technology Project Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the release lifecycle of technology projects in the healthcare industry.
About The Role- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end release management process for technology projects.
- Develop and implement release schedules to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential risks or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures during release cycles.
- Oversee the documentation of release plans, timelines, and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance release management processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of release processes for optimization opportunities.
- Release Planning: Develop and maintain detailed release plans, including project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including development teams, quality assurance teams, and executive leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact release schedules or overall project success.
- Communication: Effectively communicate release plans, progress, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in release management or similar roles within the technology department.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, excellent communication skills, and results-driven approach.
