Role Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global talent acquisition marketing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging content to proactively meet our hiring needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to create, launch, monitor, and analyze paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple regions. You'll work closely with regional teams to provide consultative guidance on campaign types and strategies based on your platform knowledge.

You'll also independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with our overall social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
  • Work collaboratively with regional teams to develop and implement campaign strategies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), content creation using Canva and CapCut, and proofreading
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible during the creative process and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from a creative design program
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus
