Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to conduct remote audits using SGS QiiQ technology and ensure compliance with relevant inspection rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts remote inspections using SGS Qiiq technology, adhering to established protocols.
  • Fully complies with applicable inspection rules, regulations, and guidelines as per the Inspection Job Order (IJO), Initial Assessment Form (IAF), Quality System procedures, and other relevant documents.
  • Supports the team by conducting inspections efficiently upon request from coordinators or analysts and verifies that all information provided for inspection execution is complete.
  • Submits reports on time according to deadlines provided by Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Identifies and reports risks detected during the inspection process in accordance with the risk detection guideline provided by management.
  • Utilizes company-provided tools and materials for inspection execution.
  • Reports any deviations from standard procedures defined in the inspector's manual, IJO, IAF, SGS Policy, SGS Ethics Code, and other mandatory documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Decisive, assertive, result-driven, and customer-oriented.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Fookien; fluency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Applies judgment and acts in accordance with SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
