Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized financial operations professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of management accounts, including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

You will also assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate supplier payments, processing supplier invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable balances. Additionally, you will support end-to-end payroll processing, including reconciliations and adjustments, and manage employee expense claims and ensure compliance with policies.

An ideal candidate for this role has experience in finance roles within companies adhering to US or UK GAAP, a track record of process improvement and automation in finance functions, and strong knowledge of management accounts preparation and general ledger maintenance.

What We Offer
