Finance Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Associate to support our financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in financial reporting and analysis, supporting US tax compliance, and ensuring smooth accounts payable and receivable functions.

This is a remote position requiring a high level of accuracy and organizational skills. As a Finance Operations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing daily bookkeeping tasks, and preparing financial reports. You will also assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Solid understanding of US taxation basics (e.g., 1099, sales tax)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting audits and ensuring financial compliance
