Business Development Coordinator

This position requires the ability to effectively communicate value propositions, work collaboratively with teams, and drive business growth.

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • Record and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Nurture leads using email marketing and other communication tools to provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
  • Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets is also essential.
