We are seeking an exceptional video editor to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-converting short-form videos quickly and at high quality, adhering to proven formulas designed to maximize reach.

The successful candidate will possess strong conversational and written English skills, experience with professional video-editing software (CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro), and attention to detail in following instructions and meeting deadlines.

You will have the autonomy to operate efficiently, managing your daily workload to meet high expectations. You will also be expected to learn and master new tools and software as social media trends evolve.

In this role, you will lead the production of high-quality video content, ensuring every submission meets exacting quality standards and perfectly matches provided instructions. You will maintain clear communication with the founders and executive team, providing updates when necessary.

A high degree of autonomy is required, as success in this role demands efficiency. We value speed over perfection, prioritizing output over minor details that don't contribute to views or conversions.

  • Produce approximately 10 high-quality short-form videos per day.
  • Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
  • Ensure every video meets quality standards and follows provided instructions.
