Role Overview

We're hiring a creative, detail-obsessed Video Editor & Motion Designer to produce short- and long-form videos for social channels and paid ads. You'll cut compelling stories from interviews, masterclasses, clinical explainers, UGC, and product footage—elevated with animated text, tasteful graphics, captions, and thumbnails that drive thumb-stop and conversions. Bonus points if you've edited content for medical professionals or healthcare brands.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form (10–60s) for Reels/TikTok/Facebookand long-form (2–30 min) for YouTube, webinars, and landing pages.
• Build motion graphics: lower-thirds, animated text callouts, diagram overlays, transitions, logo animations, intro/outro slates.
• Design ad variants (hooks, openers, end cards) for A/B testing; resize and reformat for 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
• Add on-brand captions, light sound design, color correction/grading, and music/SFX (royalty-free, cleared).
• Create thumbnails and social cover art that align with each brand's guidelines.
• Collaborate via Drive; manage file organization, versioning, and exports optimized for each platform.
• Iterate quickly from performance data (watch-time, CTR, retention curves) to improve edits and hooks.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• 3+ years editing for brands, agencies, or creators; a strong portfolio/reel with social + ad work.
• Mastery of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; solid After Effects (or equivalent) for motion graphics.
• Graphic design chops (Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma/Canva) for thumbnails, slates, and text treatments.
• Command of platform best practices (IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn): hooks, pacing, retention, safe-zones, compression.
• Experience crafting story from talking heads: cutting filler, adding callouts, building narrative momentum.
• Strong sense of typography, hierarchy, and brand consistency across multiple visual identities.
• Organized, fast, and comfortable juggling multiple brands and deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Prior work with medical/health content, clinics, or professional education.
• 2D explainer animation, simple diagramming, or whiteboard-style motion.

Deliverables & Cadence (Example)

• Weekly mix (flexible):
• 3–6 short-form cuts (15–45s) across brands
• 1–2 paid-social ad edits (:15–:30) with 2–3 hook variants
• 1-2 long-form edits (3–10 min) or a webinar cut-down series
• Thumbnails, reels covers, end cards, and caption files for each
• Source project files, organized media, and final exports per spec.

Tools & Collaboration

• Adobe CC / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects
• Google Drive
• Licensed royalty-free music/SFX libraries (or we'll provide)

Logistics

• Remote (with priority on candidates coming from Lipa City)
• Fulltime (flexible; may scale with need)
• MST collaboration friendly (Utah)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
