Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled video editor to join our team.

Our team has produced over 100M views and significant revenue in the last year alone.

We are looking for an experienced direct response video editor who can create high-quality, engaging videos that drive conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with professional video-editing software, such as CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities include producing a consistent volume of high-quality AI videos per day, analyzing prior video metrics to increase views and conversions, and applying direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have strong communication skills.

They will also be a rapid learner who is excited by the fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of AI tools and social media trends.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to help train and onboard future AI video editors to our standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include meeting a daily quota of 10 high-quality videos, achieving a 90% first-pass approval rate, and maintaining clear, proactive communication with the executive team.
