Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recruitment & Sourcing Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support to our assigned business unit.

You will drive initiatives and projects that enhance the recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates. Your expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment will be instrumental in helping us build strong relationships with potential candidates.

As a Recruitment & Sourcing Consultant, you will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their ongoing hiring needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring requirements and developing well-planned recruitment strategies
  • Conducting pre-screening of candidates to determine qualifications against position requirements
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with candidates
  • Creating ongoing talent-mapping strategies through market research and providing salary data recommendations
  • Developing recruitment and sourcing plans aligned to regional strategies and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in recruiting for Construction/Engineering related roles
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end recruitment services to stakeholders
  • Ability to work with global counterparts from various countries
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Curious, flexible, and resilient
