Job Description:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective applicants, answering inquiries about our services offered and guiding them through the visa application process.
  • Leverage social media platforms to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to source leads, develop client relationships, and close deals.
  • Collect initial documents from clients and provide regular updates on their application progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in any field or relevant work experience in customer service or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
