Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to test and validate software integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate integrations between multiple web applications.
  • Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for clarity and testability.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation.
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems.
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements.
  • Test and validate business intelligence reports and dashboards for data accuracy, visualization, and usability.
  • Document and track bugs, issues, and test results using project management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, BI/reporting teams, and technical architects to troubleshoot and resolve defects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role (internships, school projects welcome).
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.
