The OORT Data Cloud is seeking an experienced product growth manager to lead the development of its cutting-edge Web3 and AI products. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in product operations, growth, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute operational strategies to grow and retain a global Web3 user base, leveraging data insights and market trends.
  2. Design and manage user operations systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity, engagement, and retention.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for timely campaigns and product enhancements.
  4. Analyze data to define KPIs and performance metrics, and optimize strategies through iterative experimentation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with product vision and user needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, growth, or similar roles, preferably in Web3, tech, or SaaS.
  • A deep understanding and genuine interest in the Web3 and AI space, with experience contributing to or scaling Web3 projects being valuable.
  • Strong skills in identifying and meeting user needs, designing and running user operations strategies in decentralized ecosystems.
  • Ability to define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and continuously refine operational tactics.
