About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI Data Quality Specialist.

As an AI Data Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data used in AI and machine learning models. This involves performing quality audits, analyzing data for errors and trends, and developing strategies to improve data quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with data analysis tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance data quality. You will also be responsible for providing training and guidance to annotators to ensure they meet established quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality audits on annotated datasets to ensure they meet established guidelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Analyze annotation errors, trends, project processes, and project documentation to identify and understand the root cause of errors and propose remediation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation on quality standards, annotation guidelines, and quality control procedures.
  • Provide regular feedback that identifies areas for improvement across the annotation pipeline.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a data analyst with exposure to data quality and/or data annotation ideally within an AI/ML context.
  • Familiarity with basic concepts of AI/ML pipelines and data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate quality issues and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
