Lead Marketing Manager AI Safety Services

As a Lead Marketing Manager for AI Safety Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and accelerate deals. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions to plan and execute targeted programs that move prospects from curiosity to closed-won.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Fill the funnel: Drive qualified leads and influence annual pipeline through strategic initiatives.
  • Speed the sales cycle: Equip sellers and AEs with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow Average Contract Value (ACV).
  • Amplify awareness: Turn our organization into the go-to partner for safe, high-velocity AI services – across in-person events, webinars, media, and thought-leadership channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Own field and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs – executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, micro-campaigns—mapped to account plans and vertical motions.
  • Partner with Sales and Product to craft messaging, define target lists, and orchestrate multi-touch sequences.
  • Manage the calendar of in-person and virtual events end-to-end: budgeting, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
  • Create and curate content: collaborate with Product Marketing and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to package case studies, playbooks, and outbound sequences.
  • Measure what matters: Track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), Opportunity progression, attribution, and Return on Investment (ROI); refine programs based on data.
  • Maintain operational hygiene: Work with Revenue Operations to keep Salesforce and lead-routing rules clean and actionable.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services, owning programs end-to-end.
  • Success running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project tools like Asana.
