Responsibilities
  1. Investigations: Lead or support internal investigations and review cases reported on the Ethics hotline. Develop thorough investigation reports and recommendations for management.
  2. Training & Communication: Design and deliver training programs for employees on ethics and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training materials and communicate program updates to employees.
  3. Policy Management: Manage the corporate ethics policy framework and maintain a repository of policies and procedures.
  4. Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential fraud risks and implement controls to mitigate these risks.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of integrity and compliance. Strong analytical skills, excellent presentation skills, and experience with anti-bribery and corruption legislations are essential for this role.
