Senior Financial Expert Sought

To lead our accounts payable function, you will process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments in line with company policies.

You will reconcile AP transactions, vendor statements, and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Maintain up-to-date vendor records and documentation for seamless operations.

Collaborate with purchasing teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and exceptions promptly.

Responsibilities:
  • Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments timely and accurately.
  • Reconcile AP transactions, vendor statements, and credit card accounts monthly.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date vendor information for efficient processing.
  • Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address AP-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in US accounting with a focus on financial expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, reconciliations).
  • Knowledge of GAAP, financial close processes, and variance analysis.
  • Experience preparing reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
