Job Description

Become our client's Power BI Developer and turn complex data into actionable insights. You'll design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. Collaborate with stakeholders, apply data modeling expertise, and deliver impactful dashboards that support smarter decisions and drive innovation in healthcare and education.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite - Makati, Ortigas, or Quezon City (With possibility of WFH or Hybrid setup in the future)

The Qualifications We Seek

What You Need to Succeed

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of experience in Power BI and data visualization
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and SQL
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
• Experience integrating Power BI with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred)
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps (a plus)
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate business needs into actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Building DAX calculations and Power Query (M language) scripts to optimize performance
• Performing data modeling and defining relationships between data sources
• Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources such as SQL, Excel, APIs, and cloud databases
• Collaborating with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements
• Optimizing report performance and applying best practices for data visualization and user experience
• Managing data security through row-level security (RLS) and access control settings
• Automating report refresh processes and ensuring real-time data availability
• Monitoring industry trends and staying updated with Power BI enhancements and analytics advancements
