Job Description

We are seeking a professional to fill an appointment setter role. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospects and qualifying leads.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales. They will also possess excellent communication skills, discipline, and resilience to handle high call volumes.

In this position, the individual will refine call scripts, share feedback with the sales team, and track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
  • Qualify leads and communicate our business offering effectively.
  • Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
  • Must have B2B calling and appointment setting experience.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent communication skills to introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
