Job Overview

The role of a Creative Director is to lead the creative output of performance-driven advertising. This entails overseeing a team of video editors, developing strategic concepts for video ads tailored to direct-to-consumer (DTC) physical products, and ensuring all creatives are optimized for measurable performance across Meta campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of video editors to deliver high-performing ad creatives
  • Develop strategic concepts and creative strategies for video ads tailored to DTC physical products
  • Oversee user-generated content, scripting, editing, and creative testing at a fast pace
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions
  • Ensure all content meets platform compliance and brand guidelines
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven experience managing a creative team
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization
  • Background in DTC performance creative for physical products on Meta
