
Consumer Insights Manager

Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer's attitudes, behavior and evolving trends, enabling consumer-driven brand decisions and NPD opportunities
- Partner with research agencies to design and implement appropriate methodologies and supporting techniques that address business objectives.
- Review and interpret Kantar home panel and Nielsen retail audit data, translating findings into actionable brand recommendations.
- Build a deep understanding of brands, retail channels, and competition across regions, collaborating with marketing and trade marketing teams to align insights with retail partner strategies.
- Monitor and report on key market indicators, delivering regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage and optimize market research budgets and work on enhancing the effectiveness of spends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as market research, consumer behavior, or marketing.
- Proficiency in market research tools and techniques, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights.
- Data-driven mindset with passion for discovery through both primary and secondary research.
- Hands-on experience with third-party tools (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen) to generate insights and recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Solid understanding of research concepts/terms, methodologies and budget requirements.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity with experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
