Digital Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity.
- Create and manage drawings for onboarding permits, focusing on light, permit, and enterprise documents.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop schematic designs and tender packages.
- Convert point clouds into Revit models and provide support with sales plans.
- Develop and maintain Revit families and assist in building systems coordination.
- Produce visual materials and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Provide testfit design support as needed.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
- Practical experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, particularly in architectural or engineering projects.
- Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
- Affinity for construction documentation and design coordination.
- Familiarity with growing demand for online food delivery services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
