Expert Digital Marketing Support Specialist

This role involves working behind the scenes to help virtual assistants troubleshoot, problem-solve and power through tasks. You will use your technical expertise across a range of marketing tools to guide them, improve outcomes for their clients and keep processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing real-time support to virtual assistants via internal chat
  • Troubleshooting issues in various marketing tools including Canva, ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign
  • Assisting with urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  • Creating resources and guides to plug knowledge gaps
  • Collaborating with teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in digital marketing or SME roles
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following tools: Canva, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify
  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
