Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing product information, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
* Provide product information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve complaints promptly
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements
* 1 year of BPO voice experience and international exposure preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to the job
