Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled content creator to join our team. As a content creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content strategies across various social media platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with the global talent acquisition marketing team to create engaging content that attracts potential candidates and showcases our company culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating, launching, and monitoring paid social media advertising campaigns across multiple regions.
• Providing consultative services to regional teams on paid advertising types and campaigns.
• Managing assigned projects to ensure timely completion and meeting quality standards.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
• Analyzing the efficiency of paid content types based on evaluation of key performance indicators.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform.
• Knowledge of search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
• The ability to be flexible during the creative process and shift priorities for business needs.
