Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to grow reach and engagement.

You will plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. Your role will also involve monitoring performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on insights.

Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant. You will collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.

Engaging with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions is also an essential part of this role.

Supporting email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas will round out your responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
