Financial Planning Role

This position plays a pivotal role in driving our financial vision forward.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with expertise in finance and planning to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

As a member of our Group Finance team, you will be responsible for tasks including financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting, and supporting corporate development projects.

  • Maintain and develop financial models that cover business forecasting, valuation, and unit economics analysis.
  • Assist with fundraising, corporate development, and ad-hoc projects such as corporate structuring, commercial partnerships, and M&A.
  • Prepare and produce regular and ad-hoc business statistics and financial performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly management financial reports in close coordination with Accounting and other business teams.
  • Oversee the financial closing cycle, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting data.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with expertise in:
  • FP&A
  • Corporate planning, investment banking, and/or financial advisory in a professional services firm.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, with strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into effective, easy-to-understand presentations.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • High attention to detail and precision.
  • Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
