Senior Financial Strategist Position

Our organization seeks a forward-thinking and experienced Senior Financial Strategist to lead the development of our financial plans and strategies. This role will be responsible for guiding the company's long-term financial direction and overseeing all aspects of financial operations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the finance team in analyzing financial data, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting.
  • Provide regular financial reports to executive management and the board of directors.
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Oversee audits, tax compliance, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with other executives on strategic initiatives such as fundraising, M&A, and corporate development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with executive teams and boards.
