The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing AFS and other financial reports;
  • Ensuring BIR and SEC compliance, including tax payments and submissions;
  • Coordinating with external auditors (P&A) to ensure internal audit compliance;
  • Reconciling accounts and monitoring documentation of BIR forms;
  • Preparing and monitoring BS Account/s schedules;
  • Assisting with business permit renewals and tax-related matters;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of BIR and SEC regulations;
  • Experience in accounting and financial operations;
