To achieve this goal, we require a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our information security programs and ensuring compliance with international standards.

The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Develop and implement information security policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential security threats.
  • Provide training and awareness programs for employees to ensure they understand information security best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues related to information security.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest information security technologies and trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers and external organizations to ensure effective information security.
  • Advise senior management on information security matters and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan to minimize the impact of security incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with international information security standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the information security budget and monitor spending.
  • Maintain ongoing professional development and obtain relevant education and certification for himself/herself and his/her qualified staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight (8) years' experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs.

A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is required.

Working conditions are office setting with a possibility of remote work arrangements.
