Job Title

As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of data across our business systems.

  • Integration Monitoring & Maintenance: You will be responsible for overseeing the reliability and health of business systems integrations, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Integration Implementation & QA: You will implement new features and integrations while developing suitable quality assurance plans.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: You will investigate and resolve operational issues across systems, collaborating with technical teams and operations teams.
  • Data Procurement & Transmission: You will manage SQL-based procurement and movement of critical data flows.
  • Operational Analysis: You will analyze system performance and data flows to detect anomalies, misalignments, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Documentation: You will safeguard and future-proof operational processes through maintaining high standards of documentation.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will perform data entry and cleaning tasks as required to fix, deploy, or maintain integrations, including bulk updates.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: You will provide exceptional service and proactive communication to internal stakeholders and team members, building strong relationships and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SQL Fluency: You must have demonstrated ability to turn complex data manipulation steps into efficient, comprehensible, and resilient code, including reverse-engineering existing code as needed.
  • System Integrations: You must have familiarity with business systems integrations, data modeling, data pipelines, and concepts such as APIs and ETL.
  • Analytical Mindset: You must have an ability to critically assess operational data flows, investigate anomalies, and identify root causes of system issues.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have proven ability to ensure data accuracy and reliability, with high sensitivity to edge cases and precision tasks such as mass updates.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must have ability to approach challenges with innovation and resilience, consistently delivering effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: You must have capacity to rapidly understand new business contexts and independently identify next actions with minimal direction.
  • Communication Skills: You must have strong ability to translate operational needs into actionable tasks and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
